EnviroSense's Universal Cleaning Fixtures are manufactured to be chemically resistant, versatile and extremely strong. Wire type fixtures/baskets are fine for lightweight assemblies but can easily bend and can inhibit spray patterns; due to their being made from screens or meshes. The Universal Fixture’s adjustable slide bar design eliminates shadowing from overlaid screening or fixture supports and it’s titanium and stainless construction make it very rigid.

The fixture’s grooved holding slides use set screws and the “Hold Down” bars are either made with setscrews or latches. This fixture can be used in a vertical or horizontal orientation; such as an Inline cleaner with a horizontal conveyor or vertically in a submersion tank application.
