Enviro Clear #746 is designed for post-clean rinsing processes. In today's environment of ever decreasing mil spacing and "stand-offs", the product provides a zero-residue wetting agent that aids in the complete removal of the wash solution and/or residual contaminants. The #746, by surface tension reduction, allows regular "clean" or de-ionized rinse waters to penetrate beneath low "stand-off" devices. This function helps to eliminate the possibility of subsequent metal corrosion or the softening of assembly plastics that has been experienced in the use of "hard to rinse" semi-aqueous emulsion cleaning chemistries.
USE DIRECTIONS:
Under normal conditions: Add a .50% to 1.00% concentration of the #746 to the wash or rinse section; by volume.
